My experience
I have been using chewy for several of my dogs for a couple years. They have always been very helpful and helping me determine the right type of dog food that I need.
I have had two of my dogs that have passed away and the last year and a half and the support that I get from chewy is absolutely wonderful. Both times I have just received an order Within days of my dogs passing and they have refunded me each time and have asked me to donate the new food to my local Animal Shelter.
This week I received in fresh flowers from chewy for the loss of my dog last week, I was completely surprised and shocked to know that there are companies out there who still do have a heart . When I have another fur baby again, I will continue to get everything from chewy as they have never disappointed me.

Re order
Multi bags of litter came in a mess several times, with split bags even though I complained about it multiple times. Because of that on-going problem, I cancelled by regular delivery of litter, but I still get my canned cat food from Chewy..
I love Chewy, I love your litter but your packing practices are terrible.

Battery issue with air tag
They were very responsive and helpful. Tag lost battery charge shortly after purchase and they agreed to ship a replacement out immediately.
Chewy is usually good. This time it never arrived.
My order never arrived. I ordered a case of proplan cat food, but never got it I would like a refund.chew is usually a good.

The first order I did not receive I was told was signed for, but it was not delivered to my address. Then I called for a replacement shipment come to find out two days later after it was delivered a block over and a house over not my street not my address, the driver left in front of one of my neighbors yards in the grass five heavy boxes between 30 and 50 pounds each

I called because there were offers for all these great deals for first time customers ... well I hadn't ordered for a long time but I needed a discount and knew what I needed fit the criteria for a cple of different deals w this company ... well no the girl I spoke w on the phone said she'd give me 10% off ...I appreciate the effort but 35% off for a new customer to do auto ship no incentive for someone to come back so I will stay a non customer cuz return customer means not worth an offer or deal

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund.
By mistake I put the address of my previous work and it was sent there, which was rejected and they returned it to their store again. What I want is for you to please cancel the order and give me a refund. Thank you.
Order dog food
I am a senior with a senior rescue. Ive ALWAYS called to reorder his food, and apparently thats not possible now

dog ate first couple of days then stopped. tried putting in food and peanut butter on them but she still refused Just wish they had worked

This used to be a really good company. But it has gone way down hill.
We received our shipment of dog food and the box looks like it was used in a wrestling match.
I'm surprised the bag inside is intact. Will never use Chewy again ever

Get I had no problem with being mad at Chewy . I just needed to ask a question which she answered politely and fast so I don’t understand why I got this question.? asked a question about auto delivery
I was not pissed at them. I was just looking for the phone number to Chewy so I could ask when my auto delivery of my dog food was.
It was a simple as that.
I had no problem with them. The lady was nice and answered my question and that was it, I love this store and the people are kind and considerate
User's recommendation: If if you have a problem, call them they will gladly fix whatever it is you have a question, call them they answer fast and politely like I said I had no problem with them. I just needed to find out a date.
Quick resolution of the problem
I received the case of damaged cat food, and once Chewy was notified, they quickly replaced a package. I received the replacement package two days after speaking to them.
