Need to skip next months shipment

Chewy now sucks

used to love chewy, thought they were an amazing company!!! Unfortunately I feel the exact opposite now!!!

Where do I begin???

So Ill just Randomly start with the first issue that comes to mind, and remember all these issues have been back to back to back!!!

So the Pet MD omega 3 fish oil soft gels for dogs, is not technically for dogs!!!

Dogs have to have vitamin e to deliver the omega and there is not a drop of vitamin e in it. So for a lot of dog owners youre just wasting money. But for some youre poisoning your dog, some dogs just store it up since its not going to use. Grant it.

Its not like giving them anthrax but its not helping them either. Now let me go to the next subject 200 dollars worth of heart worm medicine the last 3 doses had some manufacturing defects and were literally hard as a rock. I could not cut them with a serrated knife, I soaked them in water nothing. Well after dozens of emails chewy just passed it on to heartgard.

And heargard passed it on to chewy so I got nothing. Then I had refills on my dogs medicine well their system would not let me order the refills then the refills expired. So I ordered more well after 2 weeks the order still said waiting for vet approval usually takes 1-2 days. Well 2 weeks I message chewy they say oh we will call the vet first thing in morning.

I said okay. 3 more days go by still no word from chewy in any of this. I message again this time they tell me my vet switched to no more verbal prescriptions I have to go in to see them. I was just there 3 weeks ago.

And now have to bring 2 healthy dogs back to the vet and pay more unnecessary money cuz chewy didnt inform me.

Im also mad at vet and will be switching for not informing as well and also refusing to let chewy accept a verbal authorization and wanting us to come spend more money. So bye bye mounds animal clinic in mounds Minnesota!!!

Im tired of typing but have several dozen more instances to go along with this monologue!

When ordering on line it was a bit confusing. I was ordering wet cat food in bulk and if one option was not available it kept switching me to another flavor.

When in reality the flavor was available just not in the size I ordered. It was not clear that I could order it but only by the smaller cases. It was frustrating having the site keep switching on me so I gave up and called customer service.

Even she could not explain why the website said I could only buy 2 cases of one flavor. I have not had any trouble ordering from Chewy before this was an exception.

Reorder

Called this number by mistake. I meant to call regular order number to reorder.

Chewy is always excellent and their customer service helpful and friendly.

I am not pissed and have no issue with Chewy. I think Chewy is a great company and am confident in, and continuing to purchase from them.

It's not a big deal at all , I didn't mean for it to be labeled "pissed customer". I called Chewy last week because I am on auto send and I was running out of food for my cat before the next order was due.

I explained that I wanted to cancel the larger order that was coming and instead, have just half the amount sent sooner than the largerorder was due.

It was purely a miscommunication. I have an abundance of food now so I cancelled the auto send for now because I will not be needing so much food and I may not be here all summer.

I spend over 100 every few weeks. I got an offer for a 30.00 ecard.

Did my order, which was over 100.00 to call and find out my Purina 1 wasn't qualified,. Many other Purina 1s were. I then went to get another item I always order and it was out of stock. So, I can't get my ecard.

I will find another company. The item out qualified, so u think it would have counted and been delivered when it is back in stock.

Preferred solution: A 30.00 ecard

User's recommendation: Don't think eCards are easy to get for good customers

FedEx never picked up return package yesterday

It is still sitting outside my door since 7:30 am yesterday morning. Please have this picked up as promised. I dont want someone to steal it and I dont get credit for this return.

Wanted to make sure my payment went through
