Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. Asked for a refund, they sent me another bag of cat food. I had no idea they were sending it..

I received my order today, one of the bags of food I had gotten for my cat had a huge hole in it and cat food was all over the box! I have photos for proof! I am not happy about this and I have just cancelled my account with you.

This happened to me twice. Bag was completely cut open.

This company used to be a really good company with good customer service and timely delivery. Not anymore. Been going downhill for the last year.

It is a shame. Not due to delivery....done in the warehouse

Psycho delivery route

My package started in Florida, went to North Carolina, Chicago, Minnesota, North Dakota, Montana and then back east to Indiana. I was told when I called 10 days after my order that is appeared it had been lost or destroyed, and was then told to now wait 1-3 more days for a replacement. It was like the shipping route was a Ouija board and something unnatural was making the shipment not follow any kind of logical pattern. Anything taking 2 weeks to be shipped within the USA is using a psycho delivery route by a psycho deliverer. They use FedEx and I have had issues with them before. This is my last order with them.

Horrible!!!

I placed an order on January 7, 2022 and Chewy shipped a partial of my order. To date I have not received the pet pen And called their customer service. The rep who called herself, Melissa, offered to refund what I paid for the dog pen or reorder, which would take 3-5 business days, unguaranteed. I told Melissa I ordered the dog pen on the assumption that it would ship and get to me within two weeks, as advertised. I waited this long only to be told that I would have to wait longer, or get my money back after waiting. I told Melissa that I would never order from Chewy again because of its false advertisement and misleading delivery information. Melissa responded, would you like for me to deactivate your account? You have not resolved my issue, holding my money hostage, and now you want to deactivate my account???? Be warned. This unethical, misleading, and discourteous company will victimize you too. Stay away. Filing a consumer complaint report with the state and federal bureau and BBB. So awful! Shame on you for hiring unhelpful, rude, and inconsiderate staff like Melissa.

I am beyond ecstatic with everything CHEWY has a offer! I had ordered some dog food and supplements for my dog. Unfortunately, she had passed away and when I contacted chewy about exchanging or returning the product they simply refunded me the money that I had spent on the products and told me to donate them to my local humane society. I will definitely be using them again For all my pet needs and would highly recommend them to anyone!

Takes to long to get what you pay for. Or even worse FED X looses your package and Chewy has no items in stock to replace what was losty

.lame company lousy at shipping and Fed x looses half of what they do manage to ship. Buy from Pet Smart or 100 Petmeds

Disappointed with overall experience

A few years ago, I would have given them a 5 hands down. Chewy would always make things right if something came damaged but not so much these days. The customer service reps do not seem to be cheerful or relatable like they once were. These days, if I have to call for any reason, I am glad when the call is finished because they no longer make me feel like a valued customer. I have been on their auto-ship for several years. I was always satisfied, but now recently I am not so happy with their service.

Maybe if the company treated it’s employees better, we would care more. Today they really expect us to try and drive to work when our state has DECLARED A STATE OF EMERGENCY AND HAS TOLD US NOT TO DRIVE UNLESS ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY.

I’ve been at my warehouse for 7 months and it just keeps getting worse. There is no “train your employees to care.” Lol. The employees will do good work if they feel appreciated and cared for.

I’m only going to do bare minimum until they change. I’m just here to get a paycheck.

Train your employees to actually care, look into a better delivery service, and maybe better packaging for heavier items!

Prescription refill

I never had a complaint with Chewy - only the provider that provides authorization of the medication. They are incredibly slow and often a second call to them is required to get the refill.

Autoship came one week after expected delivery. It was delivered and left in front driveway exposed to snow and ice.

The order came one week after expected Automatic delivery. I ran out of cat food and the local store was sold out. My first delivery came in two days and was delivered to back entrance. This order was left in front driveway exposed to winter snow and ice. Chris at Chewy said there was nothing he could do about it. He said I should contact Fed Ex . I am a disabled senior citizen. My husband just had major surgery with complications. Is this how Chewy treats its seniors???

Wrong item in order

In order to call your customer service I have to put in my phone number and my email but when the representative comes on the phone they dont have my account so it begs the question why are you asking me to put my information in if the representatives dont see it?

The worse company

They charged my card 4 times never got order!! supervisor are useless no managers then when you get one they *** you to I have had it they will be loosing guarantee 12 clients and they are unprofessional, rude dishonest, they dont give a *** about your pets,I have spoken to 5 supervisors over the last 3 days and 3 managers 1 manager is like talking to a wall and others just giving the run around anything to shut you up I will never ever buy from this company

Have not recieved my order

I placed an order Dec. 31 2021, it shipped out that day per tracking after 4 working days. I called Chewy my order was in Sparks, NV. (I live in Mcminnville ,Tn.) I checked again two days later, order is in Alton, New York. Today is Jan. 7 2022 still don't have it VERY PISSED.!!!!!
