Coud not get your phone number

I was trying to place an order. Could not get needed information.

On the phone with 3 operators. Could not place my order, until i got a supervisor.

She placed my order shipped it next day at no charge. Thank her she fixed the problem and did a terrific job.

I do not like the title pissed consumer in regards to my contacting them. I just wanted to let them know that one of my packages was damaged in shipping and I lost a little product.

My order was delayed twice for the same reason. Damaged to box.

They sent me another one about 4 days later. Well, when I got the new box it was completely ruin. Soaked with water, falling apart and could not pick it up A bottle of spray that was in it was sealed right and then entire bottle had soaked the entire thing.

I could not use it and even the box the catfood came in was destroyed. My rep was understanding, kind, knowledgable and such a kind soul.

I wasn’t “pissed” so that is an unfair thought. I love the Chewy company. They have always provided me and my dog and horse, excellent service. “Pissed” is ridiculous and insulting.
I was only calling because I ran out of my horse supplement. I am trying to adjust the delivery time schedule. That was all. It was handled admirably.

I wasn't ever pissed. Resolved getting a prescription order for vet prescription. We have been using this spe ific food (Royal Canin SO) for our cats for 10 years,and the vets won't sign off to Chewy lifetime because they are guaranteed at least a yearly visit at the approximate cost of $100 just so they can approve this food for our cats. We seek out vets for updated shots and wellness. I even called and ask to be put on lifetime refill,and was told I had to bring cat in for check up to get approval to buy this very expensive food which now costs $100 more for yearly approval.
