Called to place an order in your system was down they want me to call back in 30 minutes and your system might be back up.

I want to speak with a human about my order the way it was shipped to me I'm pissed off and this is my first time ordering from your company and this is how I get treated on my first time. I want my money back or a new bag of dog food and I will never deal with ur com again

I have been with chewy for over 2 years but here lately my orders keep getting messed up. They need to go back to wait ever or who ever is making the changes cuz they have made things worse.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered. I had help finding a freeze dried dog food that didn’t contain any chicken.
The young woman who helped me was the best. I wish I could have her every time I called in and needed help.
Over the years we have been buying from Chewy, their customer service has always been very good.
I have been very impressed with Chewys service and policies. We will buy from a company that has such a great reputation on going.

Descripion outside of country refused / not Pet friendly
- - Company isn't pet-friendly.
- - Pet-food prescription from outside the country isn't accepted.
- - Finding a weekend vet after 15 hours of travel is hard.
Your company is not pet-friendly. We are traveling from Europe to the US, and our dog needs food that requires a prescription issued outside the country.
We have this description but you don't accept this!!?
How can you expect us to find a veterinarian on a weekend after 15 hours of traveling just to get this prescription? We will also inform the supplier is not animal-loving and has no understanding!!
Problem with pretty litter
Been ordering for over a year and the two bags that I received were not absorbing the urine must be a defective batch. Normally extremely happy with the pretty litter.

Rescue feed 70 plus csts
I feed 70 plus cats morning noon and night.im a senior in an urban area i need wet friskies shred cat food no fish due to many males..dry food 16 lb bag is done every other day.i would appreciate support from chewy.i lost my house in a fire and am staying at my friends house please the donation would be appreciated cgalla /momma meeow {{Redacted}}

We canceled automatic delivery and in the last 2 weeks we got two boxes I refuse the last box and I hope that you're going to give me a $98 credit we do not want automatic delivery anymore

They get right to the issue and refund promptly.
Autoship wasnt cancelled.They took care of refund and stopped delivery which would have been in a couple hours.
