I spend over 100 every few weeks. I got an offer for a 30.00 ecard.

Did my order, which was over 100.00 to call and find out my Purina 1 wasn't qualified,. Many other Purina 1s were. I then went to get another item I always order and it was out of stock. So, I can't get my ecard.

I will find another company. The item out qualified, so u think it would have counted and been delivered when it is back in stock.

It is still sitting outside my door since 7:30 am yesterday morning. Please have this picked up as promised. I dont want someone to steal it and I dont get credit for this return.

Do what it says they were going to mail return sticker has not arrived I Ask send return label to shipper to pick up. Why cant that be processed that way???

It was great the gal that answered my call resolved it immediately. It was mostly my fault anyway for creating two accounts and not knowing I did so because I didnt realize I used a different email address.
