My order was delayed twice for the same reason. Damaged to box.
They sent me another one about 4 days later. Well, when I got the new box it was completely ruin. Soaked with water, falling apart and could not pick it up A bottle of spray that was in it was sealed right and then entire bottle had soaked the entire thing.
I could not use it and even the box the catfood came in was destroyed. My rep was understanding, kind, knowledgable and such a kind soul.

Agent I talked to at 8 AM two days prior wasnt very professional. I explained I wanted to remove the flora, but wanted the dog food to be delivered.
She put in a new order instead of leaving it the way it was in the background.
You could hear someone saying she doesnt know what she wants. I dont appreciate people who arent professional so I will find somewhere else to buy my products.
User's recommendation: Make sure you find someone who knows what their products are about. He doesn’t mess up your orders.

Ive never had any major issues with Chewy until my last pharmacy order. Customer service reps have always been attentive and done what they said until this last order.
My cats medicine was delayed several times and he ended up licking himself bloody on spots!
Chewy didnt contact my vet and send me an email that they were waiting on me to mail my prescriptionthis took days, and all the while I thought the prescription was being processed.
They finally got it figured out and then the order never arrived after they said they would overnight it. I called to request another order be overnightedthat order wasnt placed until the next day! It was supposed to be overnight shipped to arrive on 9/10.
when the box finally got here there was a label with the date of 9/9 on it and another one slapped over it after the fact the next day, so overnight was t even updated until a day later!
I was told to buy locally and they would reimburse me, then received a voicemail that they would try to request reimbursement for me. Lots of empty promises and different answers.
Originally ordered august 28th and finally received September 11th.
Avoid Chewy if you need critical medicine for your pet!

- Break promises on the most important pharmacy orders

The worse company on the planet. I returned 2 Kitty Litter Robots, the buttons would not work.
I was told by that operator to keep robot or donate it; I called 10 days later asking where my refund is and told you have to return the Robot; thank god it was still in my garage & not thrown away. Sent back & waited nothing; I call oh your card was not working; no call or email to tell me this, and this could have been cleared up weeks ago. I called today and Lexies the supervisor hung up on me because I was recording; THEY ARE RECORDING. Called back after Lexie hung up on me and chatted with a JIM.
Still not happy I have to wait to see if they accept a new card to send money back. Its same bank. A call this afternoon I am told. I looked up who owns Chewys and it is Petsmart the biggest scam company ever.
I signed up my two dogs for their Banfield pet insurance. one dog died, I spent a day on phone try to cancel my dogs insurance, my daughter tried on another day, no answer. So I paid for a yr for a dead dog. Next dog died and I changed my CC due to theft, Banfield Insurance turned me over to collect for $35.
Every time I applied for anything Banfield popped up on my credit report.If you cannot get a hold of them to cancel what are you suppose to do?
100% Scam company. I will not be using Chewys EVER AGAIN!

I put an order in for 2 bervcto they called in to one vet and our old vet I dont understand why I would use 2 vets

Concerns about agencies chewy donates to.
Concerns about Chewy sending funds to HSUS. YOUR rep said it was a rumor but msny breeders on FB think it is true. Would like to know for sure if this is factbor not before i cancel my autoship.

Late deliveries
Chewy, advertised prompt delivery and in my area this is not longer the case.
I have called chewy and they said that we need to give fedex time to deliver my package after they are late. Meanwhile I have to go to the local petco to buy cat food since nothing can be done by chewy to help me out.
So, if I didnt have more money to spend in extra cat food my cats wouldnt eat.

Cancel .my subscription for the prebiotic for my dog Diamond. I no.longer need it.thank you Linda Stasium
Nothing happen that first message was not from me. The cancelation for her prebiotics is for 29.99.

It's been 6 days an I still haven't gotten my order. They're not suppose to charge you till it's shipped.
It wasn't shipped an I was charged an deducted. I will never order from this scam company again. The worst. Thank God my pet didn't need this.medication in 1 to 3 days.
Terrible service. Don't use .
